These Terms and Conditions apply specifically to the Your Business Compass Guided Intake Course ("the Course") and are in addition to our general website Terms and Conditions. By enrolling in the Course, you agree to be bound by these terms
- Enrollment and Payment
- 1.1 Enrollment: Enrollment in the Guided Intake Course is confirmed upon full payment or acceptance into a payment plan.
- 1.2 Payment: Payment must be made in full - failure to adhere to the payment schedule may result in suspension or termination of access to the Course.
- 1.3 Pricing: The Course fee is $2249 AUD inclusive of GST. All prices are in Australian Dollars and are subject to change.
- 1.4 Early Bird Offer: The bonus 1:1 strategy session with a Compass Guide (valued at $345) is only available to participants who enroll and pay in full prior to the Early Bird deadline per intake.
- Course Access and Participation
- 2.1 Access: Participants will be granted access to the online course materials for 12 months from the start date of the Course. Access to weekly group coaching sessions will be for 6 months.
- 2.2 Participation: Active participation in group coaching sessions is encouraged. However, attendance is not mandatory unless otherwise stated.
- 2.3 Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally in all interactions with Compass Guides and fellow participants. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the Course without refund.
- 2.4 Intellectual Property: All course materials, including videos, documents, and resources, are the intellectual property of Your Business Compass and are for personal use only. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without express written permission.
- Coaching Sessions
- 3.1 Scheduling: Group coaching sessions will be scheduled in advance. Participants will be notified of the schedule via email and/or the online course platform.
- 3.2 1:1 Strategy Session: The bonus 1:1 strategy session must be scheduled and completed within the designated period - during the first month of each intake. Failure to schedule and complete the session within this period will result in forfeiture of the bonus session.
- 3.3 Rescheduling: If a participant needs to reschedule a 1:1 session, at least 24 hours' notice must be provided. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the session.
- Refunds and Cancellations
- 4.1 Cancellation by Participant: If a participant wishes to cancel their enrollment, written notice must be provided. Refunds will be subject to the following conditions:
- Cancellation more than 30 days before the start date: Full refund minus a $150 administration fee.
- Cancellation between 14 and 30 days before the start date: 50% refund.
- Cancellation less than 14 days before the start date: No refund will be provided.
- 4.2 Cancellation by Your Business Compass: Your Business Compass reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Course or any part thereof due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation by Your Business Compass, a full refund will be provided.
- 4.3 No Refunds After Course Start: No refunds will be provided once the Course has commenced, except in cases of cancellation by Your Business Compass.
- Disclaimer
- 5.1 No Guarantee of Results: Your Business Compass provides guidance, tools, and strategies to support business growth. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or financial results. Success depends on various factors, including the participant's effort, business acumen, and market conditions.
- 5.2 Advice Only: The information provided in the Course is for educational and informational purposes only and should not be considered professional financial, legal, or business advice. Participants are advised to seek independent professional advice as needed.
- Limitation of Liability
- 6.1 Liability: Your Business Compass and its Compass Guides will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Course.
- 6.2 Indemnity: Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Your Business Compass and its Compass Guides from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their participation in the Course.
- Changes to Terms
- 7.1 Changes: Your Business Compass reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to participants via email and/or the online course platform.
- Governing Law
- 8.1 Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia, Australia.
